· The two teams have only met twice in the EuroLeague, in the 2015-16 regular season, and both games were won by Bayern. The German champ also beat Khimki twice in the following season's EuroCup.
· Bayern set club EuroLeague single-game records with 49 rebounds and 15 steals against Khimki in the 2015-16 season.
