7DAYS EuroCup MVP of the Week:  Isaiah Canaan, UNICS Kazan
 
Isaiah Canaan had a vintage shooting performance in UNICS Kazan's 76-71 home win on Wednesday over JL Bourg en Bresse that has earned him the 7DAYS EuroCup MVP of the Week honor. Canaan amassed a performance index rating of 39, the highest in 14 games played this week and the second-best in the EuroCup this season. He scored 33 points, also tied for the second-best total this season. His 8 triples made on 13 attempts matched the EuroCup's season-high and were the most by any UNICS player since 2009. Canaan also made 4 of 6 two-pointers, had 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal, earning his first MVP of the Week honor just nine games into his debut season in the competition. Erick Green of Bahcesehir Koleji Istanbul had the second-highest of the week, with 28, in an 88-75 loss against Partizan NIS Belgrade in which he compiled 25 points, 6 assists, 2 rebounds and 6 fouls drawn. Three players had PIRs of 27 in Round 10: T.J. Cline of Germani Brescia, who's 22 points and 6 rebounds couldn't prevent a loss against Unicaja Malaga; Kevin Hervey of Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar, who collected 23 points, 13 rebounds and 2 assists in a road win at MoraBanc Andorra; and Brian Conklin of Nanterre 92, whose 20 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 7 drawn fouls helped beat Promitheas Patras.

Individual highs: Vangelis Mantzaris, Promitheas, triple-double

Canaan led all scorers this week with his 33 points against Bourg. Green is the EuroCup's leading scorer overall with 21.4 per game. Hervey was the top rebounder with 13 boards this week. His injured teammate Alan Williams leads the league table with 12.5 rebounds per game. No player had more assists this week than the 12 dished by Lokomotiv playmaker Mantas Kalnietis, who extended his lead atop the assists charts this season to 9.3 per game. Partizan forward Rashawn Thomas had 4 steals, more than any player this week. Gary Browne of Dolomiti Energia Trento is the steals leader with an average of 2.2. Seven different players had 2 blocks in games this week, among them Danny Agbelese of Promitheas Patras, who is EuroCup's top shot-blocker this season with 2.0 per game. His teammate, Vangelis Mantzaris, recorded the EuroCup's ninth triple-double ever and first since 2015 with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a road loss to Cedevita Olimpija Ljubljana.
