BKT EuroCup Regular Season - Round 12 co-MVPs: Fatts Russell, DeVante’ Jones 
 
A thrilling race for Round 12 MVP honors ended with two players sharing the title as Fatts Russell of U-BT Cluj-Napoca and DeVante’ Jones of Dolomiti Energia Trento were named co-MVPs of the round, each posting a PIR of 37.

Russell led Cluj to a narrow 94-92 home victory over Slask Wroclaw, finishing with 30 points on 7-of-11 two-pointers, 2-of-7 three-pointers, and 10-of-15 free throws. He also contributed 7 rebounds, 7 assists, 1 steal and drew 11 fouls. Meanwhile, Jones was dominant in Trento’s 85-73 home win over the London Lions, scoring 33 points on 8-of-9 two-pointers, 2-of-4 three-pointers, and 11-of-12 free throws. He also grabbed 3 rebounds, dished out 2 assists and drew 9 fouls, earning a PIR of 37.

Dusan Miletic of Cluj and Ante Zizic of Besiktas GAIN Istanbul each posted a PIR of 35 in Round 12. Miletic registered a double-double of 19 points and 14 rebounds in Cluj’s victory over Slask, shooting 6-of-8 from two-point range and 7-of-9 from the free-throw line, while also contributing 5 assists, 1 block and drawing 6 fouls. Zizic had 23 points on 7-of-9 two-pointers and 9-of-9 free throws, adding 10 rebounds, 1 block and 6 fouls drawn in Besiktas’s 97-95 loss to NINERS Chemnitz. Kyle Wiltjer of Umana Reyer Venice, with a PIR of 33, completes the list of top individual performances in Round 12. Wiltjer amassed 28 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 fouls drawn as Reyer beat Neptunas Klaipeda 103-118 on the road.


Individual highs: DeVante’ Jones, Trento, 33 points

DeVante’ Jones of Trento led the round in scoring with 33 points. Fatts Russell of Cluj remains the competition’s top scorer with an average of 22.2 points per game.

Dusan Miletic of Cluj grabbed 14 rebounds in Round 12. Austin Wiley of Hapoel Midtown Jerusalem continues to lead the league in rebounds with an average of 8.7 per game.

Arnas Velicka of Neptunas recorded 12 assists, the most in Round 12. Velicka leads the EuroCup in assists with an average of 7.6 per game.

Yordan Minchev of Chemnitz had a round-high 4 steals. Dogus Ozdemiroglu of Turk Telekom Ankara is the steals leader with an average of 2.6 per game.

Ricky Lindo of Cosea JL Bourg-en-Bresse, Chris Ledlum of ratiopharm Ulm and Kaodirichi Akobundu-Ehiogu of Manresa each had 3 blocks in Round 12. Austin Wiley leads the league in blocks with an average of 1.7 per game.

Five players recorded double-doubles in Round 12: Velicka (12 points, 12 assists), Wiley 19 points, 13 points, 10 rebounds), Miletic (19 points, 14 rebounds), Zizic (23 points, 10 rebounds) and Nikola Tanaskovic of Buducnost VOLI Podgorica (17 points, 13 rebounds).
