MEDIA INVITATION - ‘Bouncing for Good’ brings basketball and inclusion to Athens

Motorola and Euroleague Basketball’s One Team bring their initiative to Ano Liosia school, with the support of Olympiacos Piraeus and Panathinaikos AKTOR Athens

‘Bouncing for Good’, the community initiative developed by Euroleague Basketball’s One Team program in collaboration with Motorola, continues its European journey with a new event in Athens, bringing together Panathinaikos and Olympiacos teams and players in support of local children.

The initiative will take place at the 3rd Primary School of Ano Liosia, located in an area considered socially and economically challenged, where access to sports facilities and extracurricular opportunities is often limited. The event aims to promote inclusion, teamwork, and basketball values through an educational workshop and a basketball donation, engaging children in a meaningful and positive experience.

During the workshop, participants will take part in interactive activities led by Olympiacos and Panathinaikos One Team coaches working together, combining basketball-values learning with creativity and fun.

The event will then culminate in a basketball donation ceremony, attended by One Team Ambassadors Juancho Hernangomez and Alexandros Samodurov, along with Sasha Vezenkov and Giannoulis Larentzakis . The players will assist in the donation of more than 100 balls for the school and participate in basketball drills with the kids.

The players as well as the Motorola and Euroleague Basketball representatives will be available to attend to the media after the donation.
