EuroLeague Regular Season - Round 35 MVP: Nathan Reuvers, Valencia Basket

Nate Reuvers made Valencia Basket history on Friday night, putting on an offensive clinic to finish with a club-record PIR of 44 – the highest by any player in the EuroLeague this season – and taking home Round 35 MVP honors in the process.

Reuvers led Valencia to an 81-94 road victory over Virtus Bologna with 33 points, also a new club record, hitting 7-of-8 two-pointers, 5-of-5 three-pointers and 4-of-5 free throws. He added 10 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block and 4 fouls drawn. His 44 PIR bettered the previous club PIR record of 42 set by Bojan Dubljevic in a 98-100 overtime road win over Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul on December 27, 2019. Reuvers earned MVP of the Round honors for the first time in his career, becoming only the second Valencia player to do so this season after Jean Montero (PIR of 38, Round 27).

Dzanan Musa led Dubai Basketball to a 101-91 win over AS Monaco in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, finishing with 35 points on 3-of-5 two-pointers, 5-of-7 three-pointers and 4-of-4 free throws. He added 10 assists to complete his first EuroLeague career double-double, along with 4 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block and 2 fouls drawn for a PIR of 38.

Nadir Hifi posted a PIR of 34 in Paris Basketball's 103-93 home victory over EA7 Emporio Armani Milan, finishing with 25 points on 5-of-6 two-pointers, 3-of-7 three-pointers and 6-of-8 free throws, along with 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 steals and 9 fouls drawn.

Codi Miller-McIntyre of Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade and Facu Campazzo of Real Madrid round out the top individual performances of the round, each posting a PIR of 30. Miller-McIntyre had 24 points on 4-of-7 two-pointers, 5-of-8 three-pointers and 1-of-1 free throws, along with 4 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 fouls drawn, in a home loss against Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade. Campazzo had 21 points on 3-of-3 three-pointers, 3 rebounds, 9 assists, 2 steals and 3 fouls drawn in a road loss against Kosner Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz.
