REAL MADRID:
DID YOU KNOW?

Real Madrid has the chance to win its 12th EuroLeague championship. It leads the all-time standings with 11 titles, though only three have come in the last 35 years. Real has won the competition in 1964, 1965, 1967, 1968, 1974, 1978, 1980, 1995, 2015, 2018 and 2023.

Real is making its 14th Final Four appearance since the format was adopted in 1988, having previously reached it in 1993, 1995, 1996, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Real is in its 22nd EuroLeague Championship Game appearance, leading the all-time list. Maccabi Tel Aviv has appeared in 14 EuroLeague and one SuproLeague title games. CSKA Moscow has reached the EuroLeague Championship Game 14 times.

Real has the chance to lift its 19th continental trophy. In addition to its 11 EuroLeague championships, it has won four Saporta Cups, one Korac Cup and one ULEB Cup (now known as the BKT EuroCup).

Sergio Scariolo could become the fifth coach to win both the EuroLeague and EuroCup titles. He won the 2021-22 BKT EuroCup title with Virtus Bologna. Ergin Ataman, David Blatt, Dusan Ivkovic and Dimitris Itoudis have all done so in the past.

Scariolo could become the sixth person to win the EuroLeague, EuroBasket and World Cup titles. He won the 2019 World Cup and four EuroBasket crowns with the Spanish national team. Alexander Gomelskiy, Aleksandar Nikolic, Dusan Ivkovic, Svetislav Pesic and Zeljko Obradovic all achieved that feat previously.

Scariolo has taken three different teams to the Final Four, previously making it with Scavolini Pesaro in 1991 and Unicaja Malaga in 2007. Neither of those teams reached the Final Four before or after that single appearance.

Llull belongs to a group of 26 players who have won the EuroLeague, EuroBasket and Basketball World Cup. Llull is one of the six players on the list not from the former Soviet Union or former Yugoslavia; Sergio Rodriguez, Rudy Fernandez, Felipe Reyes, Ricky Rubio and Juan Carlos Navarro are the others. The list also includes all-time greats such as Arvydas Sabonis, Drazen Petrovic and Toni Kukoc.

Llull is the only player remaining at Real from the 2015 squad that won its first EuroLeague title in 20 years. He is in his 19th EuroLeague season with Los Blancos

Llull is in his eighth EuroLeague Championship Game. Only Kostas Sloukas has reached eight championship games this century. Llull made it this far in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018, 2022 2023, 2024 – and now 2026!

Llull is one of two EuroLeague MVPs competing for the title in the Championship Game this season. The other is Sasha Vezenkov of Olympiacos.

Llull leads the all-time EuroLeague standings in games played (486) and three-point shots made (724). He ranks seventh in scoring (4,337 points).

Llull is second on the Final Four career scoring list with 213 points. Nikos Galis leads with 231..

Llull ranks second in assists in Final Four history with 71. Rodriguez is the all-time leader with 76.

Llull could win his fourth EuroLeague title. Only 16 players have won four or more continental crowns since European competitions started in 1958. Dino Meneghin leads the list with seven. Jasikevicius, Sloukas and Hines each won four EuroLeague titles this century.

Walter Tavares is the only player from Cape Verde to have won the EuroLeague.

Andres Feliz could become the first Dominican player to win the EuroLeague.

Alex Len could become the first Ukrainian player to win the EuroLeague this century.

Alberto Abalde is an adidas NextGen EuroLeague MVP who has also won the EuroLeague title. Abalde was the ANGT MVP in 2013 with Joventut Badalona and won the EuroLeague title with Real in 2023. Luka Doncic and Eli Ndiaye are the only other players to achieve both — Doncic was the NextGen MVP in 2015 and won the EuroLeague with Real in 2018, while Ndiaye was the 2022 ANGT MVP and won it with Real in 2023.

Gabriel Deck and Facu Campazzo are two of just seven Argentinians to have won the EuroLeague. The list also features Hugo Sconochini (Virtus 1998, 2001), Manu Ginobili (Virtus 2001), Pepe Sanchez (Panathinaikos 2002), Andres Nocioni (Real 2015) and Luca Vildoza (Panathinaikos 2024).
