7DAYS EuroCup Top 16 - Round 6 MVP: Dragan Apic, Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar
 
It took Dragan Apic of Lokomotiv Kuban Krasnodar just three 7DAYS EuroCup games to earn MVP of the Round honors for the first time. Apic led Lokomotiv to a convincing 84-58 home win against Fraport Skyliners Frankfurt with 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting plus 4 made free throws without a miss. He added 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals and 6 fouls drawn in 26 minutes off the bench for a performance index rating of 30, the highest of any player in Top 16 Round 6. Art Parakhouski of Rytas Vilnius shined in his team's 90-68 home win over AS Monaco. It was a do-or-die for both teams and Parakhouski carried Rytas into the playoffs with 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting, 11 rebounds and 4 fouls drawn for a PIR of 26. Ismet Akpinar of ratiopharm Ulm and Jordan Taylor of Limoges CSP each had PIRs of 25. Akpinar led Ulm to an 86-68 win against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne with 17 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 fouls drawn. Taylor had a double-double of 13 points and 13 assists in Limoges's road loss at Valencia Basket. Toni Katic of Cedevita Zagreb and Rokas Giedraitis of ALBA Berlin, each with PIRs of 24, completed the top individual performances in Top 16 Round 6.

Rytas guard D.J. Seeley was the round's top scorer with 21 points. ALBA Berlin guard Rokas Giedraitis goes down as the Top 16's leading scorer with 15.3 points per game. Parakhouski joined ALBA's Luke Sikma as Round 6's top rebounders with 11 boards apiece. ASVEL's injured center led all players in the Top 16 with 9.0 rebounds per game. Taylor's 13 assists were not only the most of the round, but the most of any player in the Top 16 this season. Those assists helped him become the Top 16 leader with 7.7 per game. Lokomotiv swingman Mateusz Ponitka's 5 steals were the most of any player in the round and helped him place fourth for the entire stage with 1.7 steals per game. ASVEL center Alexis Ajinca blocked 5 shots, which is the most of any player in a Top 16 game and tied for the most in any game this season. Eric Monaco of Monaco finished with the most blocks per game in the Top 16 with 1.8.
