Important information for Final Four ticket-holders

Euroleague Basketball would like to remind all Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four attendees about several important event rules and to offer advice from the organization with the aim of ensuring safe enjoyment of the games by all attending fans.

Accessing the arena

Access to the arena will only be granted to fans who hold valid tickets. (See the list of authorized ticket vendors below.) It is strongly recommended that all fans reach the arena well in advance to the starting time of each game in order to ensure a smooth entry. Doors will open two hours before the start of the first game, so at 4:00 p.m. local time on Friday, May 17 and 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 19. The event organization, as well as the local police, advise all fans to reach the arena early. Entrance to the arena and security protocols may take longer than expected. Only ticket-holding fans will be permitted access to the arena area, so fans should not go to the arena without a ticket.

Fan code of conduct and FAQs

We encourage all fans to review the event's Terms & Conditions and FAQs before reaching the arena.

These documents will provide fans with all important information needed for access to the arena on both days.

Terms & Conditions

It is important that fans review the prohibited items list below. Such items will not be allowed inside Fernando Buesa Arena due to local police regulations. If any of the prohibited items are brought to the arena, be aware that there will be no storage space nor any lockers for these items to be kept during the event. It is important that all fans avoid bringing such items in order to improve circulation at the entrance, thereby reducing queues and waiting times.

Euroleague.net and f4tickets.com
StubHub
tripoki
Final Four qualified clubs

Any other vendor not listed here is an illegal vendor. Please report any illegal vendors here: [email protected]

Transportation

Local organizers have fans covered with a special transportation service has been established for the Final Four. Those staying in Bilbao or San Sebastian will have two bus departures daily starting Thursday directly to the site of the Euroleague Basketball Adidas Next Generation Tournament in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Between Friday and Sunday, they also can choose from approximately five buses daily to either the Fan Zone or Fernando Buesa Arena, venue of the Final Four. In all cases, return trips are available after the games.

Once in Vitoria-Gasteiz, a mobility pass for special tram and bus lines running between all the Final Four venues will let fans save time and parking expense by putting them in comfy conditions to see everything there is to enjoy at the event. Organizers do not recommend bringing private or rental cars to Fernando Buesa Arena on game nights. There will not be possibility of parking in the perimeter of Fernando Buesa Arena, however there are three parking lots in the city (two of them free), from which you will need to use public transportation or shuttles to reach the arena. Find all the information you need about the Vitoria-Gasteiz mobility pass, as well as connections between all three cities, by clicking here.

We thank you in advance for your collaboration and look forward to seeing you in Vitoria-Gasteiz!

Enjoy the 2019 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four!
