Turkish Airlines EuroLeague RS - Round 34 MVP: Georgios Papagiannis, Panathinaikos OPAP Athens 
 
A stunning individual performance in a winning effort allowed Georgios Papagiannis of Panathinaikos OPAP Athens to earn Round 34 MVP honors with a performance index rating of 31.

Papagiannis led Panathinaikos to a 59-62 road victory against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. He finished the game with 14 points on 6-for-8 two-point and 2-of-2 free-throw shooting, adding 12 rebounds, an assist, 3 steals and 4 blocks to amass a PIR of 31. Jan Vesely of Fenerbahce and David Lighty of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne followed with PIRs of 29 each, but neither of their teams could win in Round 34. Vesely had 20 points, 7 rebounds, 2 blocks and 8 fouls drawn against Panathinaikos. Lighty had 28 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists and 5 fouls drawn in his team's 80-81 home loss against AX Armani Exchange Milan. Ognjen Jaramaz of FC Bayern Munich, with a PIR of 28, and Shane Larkin of Anadolu Efes Istanbul, who amassed a PIR of 27, completed the top individual performances in Round 34.


Individual highs: Papagiannis, Panathinaikos, 12 rebounds 

David Lighty of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne led Round 34 in scoring with 28 points in his team's 80-81 home loss against AX Armani Exchange Milan. Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul finished the regular season as scoring king at 18.1 points per game. Papagiannis led all rebounders by pulling down 12 against Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. He also had 4 blocks to lead the weekly standings. Papagiannis finished his campaign ranking first in both rebounds (8.2 rpg.) and blocks (1.7 bpg.) at the end of the regular season. Nick Calathes of FC Barcelona dished 9 assists, more than anybody else in this round. Calathes was also first at the end of the regular season with 6.09 per game, beating Lorenzo Brown of UNICS Kazan (6.08 apg.) by the narrowest margin. Papagiannis, his Panathinaikos teammate Leonidas Kaselakis, Chris Jones of ASVEL, Pierria Henry of Fenerbahce, and Austin Hollins of Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade each collected 3 steals in this round. John Brown of UNICS is the runaway steals leader at 2.8 per night. Papagiannis – 14 points, 12 rebounds – and Nikola Kalinic of Zvezda – 16 points, 10 rebounds – posted the only double-doubles in Round 34.
