Turkish Airlines EuroLeague RS - Round 17 MVP: Nick Calathes, Panathinaikos OPAP Athens
 
In a EuroLeague classic that went into an extra session, Nick Calathes had one of the best games of his career, leading Panathinaikos OPAP Athens to an 102-106 road win against CSKA Moscow and in the process earning the MVP of the Round honor. Calathes scored 22 points, making 3 of 5 two-point shots and 3 of 8 triples, including the one that sent the game into overtime with 7 seconds left. The Greens' point guard dished 17 assists – the joint third-highest total this century – and pulled down 6 rebounds with 1 steal and 9 drawn fouls for a performance index rating of 40. This is his second MVP of the Round honor this season, and sixth of his career. His teammate Dinos Mitoglou had a career-night and this round's second-highest PIR, 34. He amassed 25 points on 11 of 15 two-point shooting, plus club-record 16 rebounds, including 8 on offense, 2 steals and 2 assists – all career-highs. The next best performance belongs to Nando De Colo of Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul. In an 87-96 road win at Olympiacos Piraeus, De Colo had 32 points, 3 assists, 2 rebounds and 2 steals. Shane Larkin of Anadolu Efes Istanbul had an index rating of 29 after combining 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in a win over Khimki Moscow Region. Rounding out the list of Round 17 top performers is Greg Monroe of FC Bayern Munich. In a road loss against Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade, Monroe had 20 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists for a PIR of 28.

Individual highs: Dinos Mitoglou, Panathinaikos OPAP Athens, 16 rebounds

De Colo led all scorers this round with 32 points. Khimki guard Alexey Shved, who missed this round, still leads the league in scoring with 20.9 points per game. Mitoglou led all players in Round 17 with 16 rebounds, and Olympiacos center Nikola Milutinov tops the EuroLeague in rebounding with an average of 9.1 per game. Calathes led all players with 17 assists in Round 17, improving his league-leading average to 9.1 assists. David Lighty of LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne, Luke Sikma of ALBA Berlin, and Fenerbahce's Kostas Sloukas all had 4 steals this round. Facundo Campazzo of Real Madrid tops the steals charts this season with 1.6 on average. Real's Walter Tavares and Zalgiris Kaunas Zach LeDay had 4 blocks this week. Tavares remains the best shot blocker this season with 1.9 blocks per game. Five players had a double-double in Round 17. In addition to Calathes' 22 points and 17 assists, and Mitoglou's 25 points and 16 rebounds, Efes center Tibor Pleiss collected 20 points and 10 rebounds, while Luis Scola of AX Armani Exchange Milan and Bojan Dubljevic of Valencia Basket both recorded 10 points plus 10 rebounds.
