Round 7 co-MVPs: Johnathan Motley, Fenerbahce and Chris Jones, Valencia
 
Two outstanding individual performances in winning efforts allowed Johnathan Motley of Fenerbahce Beko Istanbul and Chris Jones of Valencia Basket to share co-MVP of the Round honors in Round 8 of the 2022-23 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season.

Motley led Fenerbahce to a 93-79 win over Crvena Zvezda mts Belgrade with 25 points on 10-of-13 two-pointers and 5-of-6 free throws. He added 10 rebounds, 1 block and 8 fouls drawn for a career-high PIR of 33. Jones also had a personal-best PIR of 33 to lead Valencia to an 89-84 home victory against AS Monaco. He had 27 points on 5-of-8 two-pointers, 5-of-7 three-pointers and 2-of-2 free throws. Jones added 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 5 fouls drawn. Luke Sikma of ALBA Berlin had a PIR of 27 in his team's 77-79 home defeat against FC Bayern Munich. He finished the game with 12 points on 5-of-6 two-pointers and 2-of-2 free throws, while he also had 7 rebounds, 9 assists, 1 steal and 7 fouls drawn. Jordan Loyd of Monaco, Zalgiris Kaunas pair Tomas Dimsa and Keenan Evans, as well as Olympiacos Piraeus duo Kostas Sloukas and Sasha Vezenkov, each with a PIR of 25, which completes the best individual performances in Round 7.

Chris Jones of Valencia was the top scorer in Round 7 with 27 points in his team's 89-84 home win against AS Monaco. Sasha Vezenkov of Olympiacos and Mike James of Monaco are tied atop the scorers' standings with 20.0 points per game. Georgios Papagiannis of Panathinaikos Athens and Nicolo Melli of EA7 Emporio Armani Milan each pulled down 11 rebounds to lead the way in this round of fixtures. Mathias Lessort of Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade is first overall at 8.6 boards per night. Luke Sikma of ALBA Berlin dished 9 assists in his team's 77-79 home loss against FC Bayern Munich. Vasilije Micic of Anadolu Efes Istanbul and Kostas Sloukas of Olympiacos share first place overall with an average of 7.1 per game. Alpha Diallo of Monaco and Kevin Punter of Partizan each collected 4 steals in Round 7. Alessandro Pajola of Virtus Segafredo Bologna is this season's steals leader at 2.1 per night. Kevarrius Hayes of Zalgiris Kaunas had 5 blocks in his team's 76-93 road victory against LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne. Walter Tavares of Real Madrid ranks first overall at 2.3 blocks per game.
